Return & Refund Policy

At Solara Sunnies, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your order arrives faulty or doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a straightforward and fair return and refund process, compliant with international consumer standards.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

After 24 hours or once the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible due to processing and shipping commitments.

If your cancellation is requested within the permitted timeframe and the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.

2. Returns – Change of Mind or Unsatisfied

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return if you’re not satisfied.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free of damage;
  • It must include the original packaging, with all shipping labels intact;
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns not meeting these criteria may be declined.

Non-defective returns do not include refunds for shipping fees if the item was delivered as expected.

3. Returns for Faulty Items – 30-Day Warranty

All Solara Sunnies products come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.

To return or replace a faulty item:

  • Submit a short video (up to 1 minute) clearly displaying the defect and the original packaging with visible shipping label;
  • Alternatively, provide clear photos showing the issue and the parcel’s label.

Our team will evaluate your submission. If approved, you can choose:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund, including any shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use.

4. Allergic Reactions

Our products are crafted to be hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. However, Solara Sunnies is not liable for allergic reactions. Please review product materials prior to use.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update on your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Verify your bank or card statement;
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary;

7. Return Address
