Shipping Information

At Solara Sunnies, we strive to deliver your order reliably, no matter your location. We partner with trusted global logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery to customers worldwide, including across Europe.

Order Processing Time

All orders undergo verification and quality checks before being sent to our fulfilment centre within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Time (Europe)

  • Average shipping time: 8–20 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days (including processing)
  • Typical delivery: Most orders arrive within 15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, strikes, or peak seasons, which are beyond our control.

Delays & Order Tracking

In rare instances, deliveries may experience delays. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, we’ll coordinate with the carrier, customs, and fulfilment centres to locate your package.

If your order remains undelivered after 120 calendar days, we’ll provide a full refund.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 7 days to reflect in the system.

Returns and Non-Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer-related issues, such as:

  • Providing an incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent address at checkout;
  • No recipient available after multiple delivery attempts;
  • Refusal to accept the package;

the order cannot be cancelled, and the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

In such cases, the package will be returned to us, and the customer must cover a new shipping fee for redelivery to the correct address.

If the customer opts not to pay for reshipping, the order will be held, but no refund will be issued, as the initial shipping service was fulfilled.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delivery attempts and collection instructions (if applicable) can be monitored using the provided tracking number.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate packages, depending on the product’s origin. This is standard and does not impact your delivery status.

Additional Information

Due to variations in monitor settings, product colours may appear slightly different. A minor 1–2 tone variation from the actual product is possible.
